How do you plan to continue fostering these values in your academic and professional endeavors? OR 2) Reflect on a volunteer or service experience that has significantly impacted your life. OPTIONAL: If you would like to receive additional consideration for your graduation from a Title I high school, please provide contact information for the school. The ONE Future Foundation will contact the school to confirm that the institution received Title I funds during the year you graduated. A minimum of a 2.75 GPA will be considered in the case of extenuating circumstances including, but not limited to, disability, family crisis, and poverty. Please submit a justification (up to 2,500 characters) explaining what may have contributed to your GPA not meeting the standard 3.0 minimum.

Please submit information on two unrelated references who can speak to your academic achievements and/or commitment to social justice. These references should be submitted in the order in which you want them to be contacted. We may contact your primary reference during the selection process. If your primary reference is unavailable, we will contact your secondary reference. Please include the names, titles, emails, and phone numbers for your references.

Acknowledgements

I acknowledge that The ONE Future Foundation may share my name and scholarship information on all media platforms utilized by the Foundation and on written, televised, and/or radio media. I grant The ONE Future Foundation perpetual, royalty-free rights to use my name, image, likeness, biographical information, and scholarship details in all forms of media, including but not limited to social media, websites, publications, presentations, and promotional materials. I waive any right to review or approve such uses.

I acknowledge that incomplete applications will not be considered.

I acknowledge that I am ineligible to receive awards from The ONE Future Foundation if I am an officer, manager, or trustee of the Foundation, a member of the selection committee, a substantial contributor to the Foundation, or a family member of the aforementioned individual, where family member means spouse, siblings, parents, children, and grandchildren, and substantial contributor means any person who has contributed more than $5,000 in any calendar year.

I acknowledge that the scholarship, if awarded to me, will be issued directly to my school.

I acknowledge that I must be enrolled full-time in good standing during the term the scholarship will be awarded.

I acknowledge that this scholarship, if awarded to me, is for the upcoming school year only and cannot be deferred.

I acknowledge that, if awarded, my scholarship will be rescinded if I fail to fulfill the conditions of the scholarship program, and I agree to immediately repay any scholarship funds received if the award is rescinded due to my failure to meet program requirements or provision of false information.

I acknowledge that, to the extent that the scholarship pays for costs other than tuition, fees, or books, supplies, and equipment required for study at a tax-exempt institution, I may be liable for income taxes on any awarded scholarship funds and that The ONE Future Foundation is not responsible for providing tax advice to scholarship awardees.

By submitting this application, you are certifying that the information provided on the application is correct to the best of your knowledge. Falsification of information will automatically disqualify your application and may result in legal action to recover any funds awarded based on false information, plus reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
