The ONE Future Foundation is now accepting new board member applications for the 2026 cycle. If you are a duly initiated member of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc., we encourage you to apply (see restrictions below). The ONE Future Foundation is a distinct 501(c)(3) organization from the Sorority with its own autonomous board of directors. We are seeking new board members who are motivated to contribute to our working board, including serving on standing committees, offering expertise in their zones of genius, and assuming officer roles within the organization.

Timeline:

• June 1, 2026: Application deadline
• July 1, 2026: Applications presented to the board of directors
• August 4, 2026: Appointments considered and confirmed at the Annual Board Meeting
• January 1, 2027: Terms begin for new board members

How to Apply:
Please compile the following items into a single PDF document and submit your application to Jennis Watson, Vice President, at apply@onefuturefoundation.org:

1. A letter of intent including your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and a statement of interest outlining your background and qualifications.
2. A current professional resume.
3. One reference letter from a Sorority member.
4. One reference letter from a non-Sorority member attesting to your professional capacity.

Restrictions:

• All Foundation board members must be members of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. There are no restrictions with respect to active/inactive status, GAP/undergraduate membership, or duration of membership.
• Sorority board members cannot serve as Foundation board members.
• Foundation board members holding regional offices must recuse themselves from any activities where a conflict of interests exists.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
